After several years of abandoned, a CHPS Compound project started by the NDC government under President John Mahama in 2014/2015 has finally been completed.
For eight long years under the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration, the project remained uncompleted.
However, within just ten months of President Mahama’s directive to ensure the completion of all legacy projects in the district, remarkable completion progress has been made.
Thanks to Hon. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, and the DCE, Hon. Mensah Wardy for leading the charge.
Today, the good people of Abura Abaka and it's environs can now access quality healthcare services through this fully completed CHPS Compound.
The official handing-over ceremony to the Health Directorate will be held soon.
