On Tuesday, 9th December 2025, the Mayor of Cape Coast, Hon. George Justice Arthur, paid a working visit to the Central Regional Office of the National Insurance Commission (NIC) in Cape Coast as part of his ongoing institutional engagement program.
The Mayor and his team were warmly received by the Central Regional Head of NIC, Madam Nicholina Naa Yeye Adumoah, and her staff. During the visit, Madam Adumoah briefed the Mayor on the Commission’s core mandate and the various initiatives being implemented to improve insurance regulation and service delivery for the people of the Central Region, particularly Cape Coast.
The engagement underscored the importance of collaboration between the Metropolitan Assembly and regulatory institutions in safeguarding public interests and enhancing service delivery to the community.
