1) The Africa Development Council (ADC) has noticed with great concern, the level of recklessness, in terms of abandonment of State Machinery, by the previous regime, during its State Administration, on the altar of self aggrandizement.
2) From the happenings in the Foreign Affairs enclave, the situation has been worse than we thought.
3) Residencies of Regional Coordinating Councils were left to rot, while personal hotels were used instead, with the State footing the bills.
4) Most Foreign Residencies for Ambassadors were left unattended, while hotels were rented instead, during the tenure of such Ambassadors, a recent instance was in the Russia Federation.
5) The ADC has therefore, strongly advised the ORAL Team to investigate and retrieve all sums of money that were unnecessarily billed the State.
6) The current regime must, as a matter of urgency, recall or reshuffle all Diplomatic Staff of Ghana across the Globe.
7) In some cases, Ghana was given some plots of land to build her own Embassy, through a reciprocal bilateral diplomatic arrangement, yet those plots of land still left unutilized. This had happened in the Russia Federation.
8) It is time, the leadership of the country began to think beyond the current generation, in order to do away with adhoc style of leadership.
